- I work extremely hard and do not stop until we get results.
- I use project plans for everything I do. If we are selling your home or making an offer I share a project plan to keep us on the same page. My clients love this.

- New School: I love technology. I worked at Facebook for 8 years, FAA certified to fly drones commercially, and I have automated everything in and around my house to work by voice. I use Matterport, aerial photography, high definition video, virtual staging and other technologies to ensure my marketing is world class.
- Old School: I focus on my clients and what is best for them. I am a stickler for how the contract is written. I present every offer in person.
- I care deeply about getting things done and done right. I will work hard to make sure everything goes smoothly.
- I love teaching people. If you are interested in snowboarding, surfing, mountain or road biking, guitar, flying drones, Jiu Jitsu, or anything else I do I will help you get started. It gives me a chance to watch people enjoy life.
