We can't say enough great things about Dustin! My wife, daughter, and I were in the market looking for a home for over 2 years. I had heard some pretty good things about Dustin through a friend, and we made the switch after an exploratory call. To my amazement, we won the very first house we bid on with him. Dustin hand-delivered and presented our offer, which the realtor later told us impressed his buyers and had a huge impact on us winning. In reality, I can't say I was amazed based on how well prepared he is, his passion for winning, and how he made it a top priority to get us a home for our growing family. Things went so well with buying our new home that I asked if he would represent us in selling our existing condo. Dustin took care of every detail. He coordinated photos, cleaning, painting, staging, broker's tour, and open houses for selling our condo. He got us multiple offers, and it sold at a price that was above what we wanted. This was no easy feat, given that we were selling in a rough environment, it was late November, and there were issues between our builder and the HOA. In a testament to Dustin, we sold before a few units that were listed around the same time, similar size and design, and eventually a few of those came off the Market. I can't recommend Dustin enough!
